Daina Shukis of Daina and the Tribe was interviewed on POWER 98.5fm

This sounds like a song back in the 90s this is a great sound that makes you wanna stomp in your boots. I find this song taking you back when music was good. I find this artist is strong and monstrous when it comes to the fantastic vocal skills she has. she hits out standing pitches with no problems. now, this is real music. I feel she is the next Shelia E. the music that is behind this artist is just great I love the solo of the guitar it is the right fit for this great hit. I find that this song has to bring new funk and style to a forgotten music timeline. I find that this artist really has taken time to design and profoundly improve music itself. this is a great great song and it should be acknowledged immediately.

Crowd reviews on Reverbnation:

Love the sound of the flute, the texture of it is very much like Jethro Tull. The very 70's sounding vocal production and the prog rock styled drum energy makes this sound very striking. The overall tone this carries is very psychedelic, love the way the singer adds vibrato, very avant-garde. The band's direction is fresh, lots of influences from the early 70's here, from Hawkwind to Jethro to a slightly anarchic streak, so eclectic. The flute sounds great combines with this singer's voice. (review of "News Rap")
